Much more than just a place to stay, our intimate estate combines the freedom of a vacation holiday rental with the attentive service of a boutique hotel, where comfort, time, and freedom are at the heart of the experience.

Upon your arrival, your beds will be made with Oeko-Tex®-certified cotton satin sheets, maintained to hotel standards, and your bath linens will be waiting for you: you can settle in right away, even when traveling light. You’ll enjoy personalized service Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., as well as 24/7 self-check-in via a secure digital keypad.

A secure private parking lot, located 200 meters from the property, is available for your use—a real treat in La Flotte-en-Ré—as is free fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Most of our accommodations open onto a private patio or garden, perfect for relaxing. And because departures stay deserve just as much attention as arrivals, we offer late check- s on Sundays until 5 p.m., so you can gently extend your getaway on the Île de Ré.

To enhance your stay experience, the resort offers à la carte services: holiday rental rentals of premium SEB 400 e-bikes equipped with the Bosch Active Line Plus motor, end-of- stay cleaning, electric vehicle charging, Carré Blanc beach towels, and pet-friendly accommodations. Families can request a full set of baby gear, and one unit is specially adapted for guests with limited mobility.

The front desk is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; outside these hours, our team can be reached by phone. You’ll also find a selection of brochures, maps, and up-to-date information on the island’s events and must-see attractions.

Secure, independent access

Access to the residence is provided by a secure digital keypad, ensuring independence, convenience, and peace of mind at all times. Outside of reception hours, you can check in on your own: all access information will be sent to you before your stay. Luggage carts are available under the covered walkway to help you settle in.

Because comfort begins the moment you arrive, your beds are made. Enjoy 100% cotton satin bedding—soft and silky, certified to the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100—as well as bath linens provided for each guest. holiday rental premium electric bikes

Explore theÎle de Ré at your own pace with our SEB 400 e-bikes (size 45), equipped with the Bosch Active Line Plus motor. Comfortable, stylish, and ready for your arrival, they’ll accompany you on all your adventures, from the beaches to the salt marshes.

Tarifs : 50 € les 2 jours (minimum), puis 20 € par jour supplémentaire, ou 130 € la semaine (7 jours).
Assurance casse et vol (avec effraction) : 3 € par jour et par vélo, avec une franchise plafonnée à 600 €. Sans assurance, la responsabilité du locataire peut atteindre 1 800 €, soit la valeur du vélo.

Carré Blanc Beach Towels

Enjoy your days at the beach without overpacking: we provide hotel-quality beach towels by Carré Blanc, a brand renowned for the softness and durability of its textiles. They are maintained to professional standards, ensuring impeccable hygiene and comfort.

End-of-tenancy cleaning stay

To ensure a stress-free departure, a post- stay -cleaning service is available upon request. It is required for stays with a pet.
