Reception
From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with a smile. We'll give you all the information you need for your stay, and advise you on the best things to do on the Ile de Ré.
We remain at your disposal throughout your stay to answer your questions, organize your excursions or assist you with any special needs. Whether you need restaurant reservations, tour suggestions or bike rentals, our team is here to help.
The reception is open from 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 6pm on Saturday to welcome and assist you. Whether you need information on your arrival or during your stay, we guarantee you a responsive service.
Our reception offers brochures, maps and up-to-date information on local events, places to visit and unmissable sightseeing tours.
Private parking lot
To make it easier for you to get around the Ile de Ré, we have a secure private parking lot available. You can park your vehicle with complete peace of mind and get to your accommodation quickly. You can stay at Le Clos des Sternes with your pet and enjoy the island of Ré together. To organize your stay with your pet, please inform us in advance by email at reservation@le-clos-des-sternes.fr. A supplement of €80/week applies, as well as a compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee to ensure the cleanliness of our accommodation. Give your pet the ideal setting for a peaceful vacation in our welcoming residence.
Electric charging station
Le Clos des Sternes offers an electric charging station for your vehicles, available on request for €50/week. Located in our secure private parking lot, this facility makes it easy to recharge your electric car during your stay on the Ile de Ré. Household
Le Clos des Sternes offers a cleaning service at the end of your stay to ensure your comfort. On request, choose between two options: 100€ for the accommodations and 200€ for the Villa. This service allows you to leave your accommodation without having to worry about cleaning, leaving it to our teams. It's the ideal solution for a stress-free stay on the Ile de Ré.
