Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and at 12:00 p.m. on weekdays. The front desk is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, check-in is self-service. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m., and until 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.
One-night stays are rare and available only by phone, subject to cancellations: please call us at 05 46 09 50 03. During peak season, the Villa Sterne de Kerguelen is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and bath towels are provided. End-of- stay cleaning is optional, ranging from €100 to €200 depending on the accommodation, unless you are bringing a pet—in which case it is mandatory. If you do not opt for the cleaning service, the accommodation must simply be left clean.
Yes. The market, the harbor, the shops, and the beach are all within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop just a few minutes from the residence. Yes, pets are welcome at Le Clos des Sternes, for an additional fee of €10 per day and a mandatory end-of- stay -cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance by email at reservation@le-clos-des-sternes.fr so we can best prepare for your arrival.
The studios accommodate 2 people, and the Sterne Hansel apartment accommodates up to 6 people. For large families or groups, the Sterne de Kerguelen villa can accommodate up to 12 people. For a wedding, seminar, or private event, the entire residence is available for exclusive use from November through March.
Yes, Le Clos des Sternes accepts Chèques Vacances to pay for all or part of your stay. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
